Mid-Century Extent Condo Unit @ Shore 2, MOA

Was a great place and felt like home.

I kept having to clean up dead bugs. I’m glad they were dead but still not fun.

Seamless check-in. Staff at the lobby were helpful and cordial. I was provided with a flier by the concierge listing some of the standard policies of the property. Unit is tastefully decorated, no unnecessary clutter and it smelled clean. It's on the same floor as the the pool area where it also has a good walking path. One can relax on one of the multiple lounge chairs, undisturbed. Convenience stores, banks and restaurants are nearby. After a follow-up with the host, a thorough list of instructions were sent prior to check-in.

It's beyond the host's control, but the noise from the planes passing overhead, especially past midnight until dawn-- might be something to be considered if you're a light-sleeper. Also saw a few small roaches but it's always been an issue in properties built on reclamation lands like this one.

The property is situated very close to the Mall of Asia, or MOA (about a 8 minute walk). The room has everything you could need, including a kettle and an iron and was very comfortable. We had two massive suitcases and still had plenty of room with these open on the floor beside the sofa. The host was very responsive and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is right beside the pool which can make it a bit noisy, especially if you are trying to sleep in. Also, you need to request access to use the pool as you need to be registered. There is a small fee.
