Eden Luxury Suite #3

Very nice and clean suite.

The key lock a bit difficult to handle when you do not know. The light in the hall outside the door was permanently going off which made it difficult to get in the suite.

It is perfectly clean and comfortable, everything that I excepted. Public parking is across the street.

During the night there was a horible noise from some party nearby, so it was pretty hard to fall asleep.

Dream apartment with spacious rooms, new furniture, comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness equipped with everything necessary for a vacation. Located near the city center, it has several private parking nearby. Owner available to offer solutions and recommendations for any situations.

The location is great! The room was very comfortable and clean. Parking is easy just on the other side of the street in a parking garage.

The water pressure was sometimes lacking, only one person could shower before we had to wait 5 min before it came back.

Clean, perfect location

The apartment inside was very modern , had a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The sofa bed for our 3rd guest was also comfortable. The internet was very fast . The baskets in the bathroom were perfect for our toiletries storage. The curtains appear to be blackout which were fantastic at blocking out the neon flashing signs from the street.The curtain and glass divide seperating the living room area from the bedroom was also perfect, however it should be noted that the 3rd guest on the sofa bed in the living room has to pass through the bedroom to go to the toilet. Also was only a short walk to the harbour. There was also a very handy 24 hour parking next to us. The check in instructions were very helpful.

The apartment Is located on a backstreet of strip clubs, the lift didn't work which was a nightmare carrying all our belongings up to the 4th floor where the apartment is located. The stairwells were dark as all the bulbs were missing from the light fittings. There was only 1 light on the second floor half way up. The apartment Is not sound proofed as stated , we could hear our neighbours in eden 2 talking,playing music and even use their toilet. At night the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke from neighbours in the building smoking. There was also only 5 hangers for all 3 of us to hang our clothes on which was not ideal. A small travel iron would've been helpful.
