The property was a little hard to access, even by taxi.

it was just what i was looking for --very close to the airport (maybe 15 min max) with an airport pickup that was on time and helpful-- a local family run business rather than a hotel chain -- affordable and with food options! I was picked up promptly at 11pm and the owner Charles himself met me upon arrival my room was comfy, clean, own bathroom, AC that works great, 2 towels, good wifi, and they refilled my water bottle :) the bed is nice, i slept well! the meal was a simple vegetarian meal as requested, and i thought the prices were fair. the family was very friendly :)

honestly, nothing! some people may prefer darker curtains but the sun didnt wake me up so I was fine! Not noisy at all. There's no hot water but it's hot in Dar and i was fine with that! shower worked well!

They were really nice, although I booked a dormitory I had my privacy because there were no other dormitory guests.

Lovely family stay and great value for money if you are looking for a place close to the airport. Very nice breakfast (included in the price) and they also serve dinner every night which was tasty too (Tanzanian dishes) for $4 Loz who serves the food and takes care of the place was lovely - it was nice to chat with her Charles (Owner) was of great help with booking services and also let me store my suitcase there while I traveled around (I stayed with the family twice :)

There are two rooms available - the dorm and the double room. The dorms were in great shape (downstairs). The double room was OK but a bit more stuffy

When in transit to the property, they casually mentioned they were overbooked & didn't have a room for us. They said there was a room at their "other" hotel. The only reason I booked this hotel was to be close to the airport to get a few hours of sleep. The other hotel was further away & we refused to go to the other property. We would have spent more time traveling back & forth to the airport than sleeping. We just stayed at the airport until our flight left. Then the property owner proceeded to yell at us over the phone when we refused to go to a different location. He said we owed them money, even though they were the ones that overbooked. Also, it didn't feel right going to an undisclosed location late at night in the middle of nowhere.

They were super kind and his son showed us a bit of the city for a very good price.

Close to the airport. It is a home stay so there are private rooms with a bathroom but it is a living in a family house. Clean and comfortable. Working air-conditioning and the Internet. Possibility to buy meals. Possibility to order transport to the airport. I've paid partially by shillings and partially by dollars, which was very convenient at the end of stay in Tanzania.

The hosts were very nice and accomodating.The room was clean and spacious.I will definately be back😊
