"Lovely studio apartment"

Lovely clean room in the centre of Matlock.

Could have benefitted from some blackout curtains, particularly for the door as the window at the top let a lot of light through.

"Lovely little accommodation"

Location was great. Parking was easy. Room was ideal, everything we needed. Cute, clean, cosy and cool

Bathroom had musty smell Freezer needed defrosting I'm sure these can be rectified for future guests which will make a big difference

"1 Night Stay"

Studio 2 provided a great little stay for one night, all the facilities you would need were there and it was clear the owners had thought about this. The owners had warned us about road noise but honestly after around 10pm there was very little and we both slept well after a day of hiking and eating too much food. The studio is perfectly situated for walking into the centre of Matlock and getting parked on a side road was really easy, even on a BH.

"Excellent location, lovely little touches, shame about the road noise."

The property was clean, had everything we needed and close to town centre. The Prosecco and water in the fridge was a nice touch.

There was a lot of noise due to the close proximity to a busy road, the property was really light in the morning and blinds insufficient to block out light from large windows.
