Location is good.

Great location, walking distance to Bari Vecchia, private parking almost in front of the hotel. Great communication for check in and check out (whatsapp). Very clean. Very big for Europe. Confortable sofa bed. Nice variety of stuff for breakfast already in the room.

A/C in the main room did not work correctly.

13mins walking from central train station, overall newly renovated and clean apartment. Bed and sofa bed comfortable.

We were 4 and we couldn’t shower in the same evening as the hot water runs out after the first person, mind you I showered with cold water to rinse myself and just enough hot water to put shampoo. Too bad because that was the only negative thing I could say

Pros: - apartment is close to the railway station when arriving from the airport. Also is placed very central - there is a market around the corner - big smart tv (the room with sofa) - we had bottles of water and some snacks daily cons: - on booking it said there is a large bed, a queen sized bed and a single bed. We asumed the single bed is the sofa which we saw in the living room, while the other two beds shown in the pictures are the large/queen ones. The reality was that the sofa is advertised as a large bed which is misleading. The single bed they are reffering to is a bed masked inside a wardrobe. The apartment was split in two and each side is being rented separately. - there was a small boiler in the bathroom which was not enough for 4 people. We ran out of hot water pretty quickly and had to wait after each shower in order to properly wash ourselved - it was pretty cold when we arrived late at night. The radiator inside the bathroom was not plugged in. You can heat the dining room with the AC on heating mode. The bedroom has a very high ceiling which makes it difficult to warm it up. Also the AC doesnt work in heat mode in the bedroom, but we had a quartz radiator which made it warm enough to sleep - in terms of cleaning we found strains of hair inside the drawers and on the bed duvet. Also the floors were dusty and we ruined some pairs of socks Overall this apartment is ok for a couple who doesnt mind what i mentioned above, but not suitable for more than 2 adults

Location is good, near the train station, apartments are new with new comfortable bed. I am satisfied with owner , he is available to communicate through WhatsApp in order to resolve problems.

Building were apartment was located is ancient, because it is old part in Bari, heating system is absent , but air conditioner for heating can resolve this problem. Elevator is absent , that means if person has baggage it’s not comfortable.
