La ubicación, la piscina y el desayuno, en el cual la mermelada de jamaica fue excelente.

Que goteaba mucho la llave del lavabo y se desperdiciaba el agua.

Good location. Afternoon reception lady and reception guy both incredibly helpful, kind, friendly.

WiFi truly terrible. Didn’t reach room and kept cutting out. Morning reception lady was v unhelpful.

Lots of activities offered. Nice plunge pool to cool off in the afternoon. Simple breakfast included (eggs, bread and fruit).

The shower could have a bit more water pressure and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast could be improved in variety and quantity.

The location is a solid 10/10 — very convenient and easy to get around. Breakfast was simple and the same every day, but still good and enough to start the day. The laundry service was efficient — everything was ready within 24 hours. What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also booked tours through them and everything was perfectly organized.

I stayed in a private room. While it was comfortable, it could have been cleaner and unfortunately the sheets didn’t smell very fresh.

Fantastische medewerkers, tequila avond met José legendarisch! Fijne locatie, fijne sfeer; leuke mensen ontmoet. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes schoon.
