We stayed during winter time with little daughter and there has been quite cold in the room. We tried to heat up room with air con heater but not sucessfully. If you book option with breakfast be prepare to go approx 300 meters from accomodo to some bar where breakfast (croissant and cottee) is served. Also prepare Italy - To your language dictionary, communication via whatsapp, phone, in person etc. only in Italian language, it has been quite challenging to communicate check in, navigation to room etc.
