Location is perfect. It has indeed amazing view but you can only see it from outside. Bed was comfortable and linen were clean. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

The design and construction (floor, walls, wallpapers) were old and dirty so it wasn't feeling nice and cozy to stay inside. The bathroom walls and floor were also dirty. One TV was not working and the other didn't have any channels and the tv box was not functional.

"We were looking for an atmosphere stay and we got it!"

The best location allows you to have a magic time wolking throw the old Tbilisi. It is the part of old authentic building with the great view. It's tiny but has all you need inside (even second bathroom). The owner was very good to us all the time and also helped us to store luggage for some hours after check out. We were looking for an atmosphere stay and we got it! Thank you!

Maybe a couple interior parts looks old and it has some spider webs. I'm not sure it's really problems
