OYO Hotel Harriman near I-40

The place was gloomy we couldn't find the office we didn't claim our room the office was no where to be found

All of it location, lookof the building, no office.

The staff were warm and helpful.The room were cozy and comfortable.

My stay was truly enjoyable. The property is modern, well-organized, and very clean. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely choose this place again.

At first it was fine

Getting ripped off is a horrible thing I was taken for 89.74 charged for a night that we did not get i do not recommend staying here

Nothing at all

Meth in the drawers, roaches, and so much more but your staff is very rude and knows that they have roaches but won't treat for them before renting them out to the public. Then says that my wife should have taken the meth to the front desk even though she had a child in the room. NO you flush it like any smart human would and as fast as possible. I really wish I could have afforded a different hotel. I will never stay here again and will tell everyone I can not to. I want my money back as well but that was denied all bc my wife doesnt like confirmation. P.s. the operator for the help desk that older lady can learn some human resources skills.

The swimming pool

The rooms where dirty the fridge didn't work..the freezer part didn't work at all...for the price I paid it should have been better...I paid almost $1500 ...
