La taille de l’appartement, son emplacement, la gentillesse du propriétaire.

Les photos ont été retouchées avec des filtres, nous nous attendions à plus de charme. De plus il y a des panneaux indiquant ce qu’il ne fait pas faire sur tous les boutons et les prises. Le propriétaire que nous avons croisé est extrêmement gentil et aussi très attaché à son appartement, cela se sent dans son discours et aussi avec ces panneaux partout. C’est dommage cela diminue le charme de son appartement. Autre désavantage il se trouve sous en attique avec une véranda vitrée. Effet de serre garanti en été, il fait très chaud dans l’appartement à notre arrivée. La climatisation doit être coupée lorsqu’on quitte l’appartement ce qui fait qu’il fait y fait rapidement très chaud. Il faut environ 2 heures de climatisation intensive afin de faire passer l’appartement de 30 degré à 25 degré. Je déconseille en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Loved the location of this property! Everything was easily accessible within walking distance. Very thankful to have found this hidden gem in Hongdae. The owners are super nice and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Second time.staying in this apartment. Wish we could stay even longer but this was a shorter trip. The location is to die for. Plenty of great restaurants around. This time, as it was a short trip, we just stayed around this Hongdae area and explored even more restaurants.

The property was really nice and cozy, well-kept, and clean. Location was super convenient, and it’s really near convenient stores, restaurants, and the train station.

The apartment is located in a very nice area of Seoul with many restaurants, shops, bars, but still quite at night. Public transports are just around the corner. The apartment is quite big and has all the facilities that a family might need. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. My family and I enjoyed staying here during our holiday in Seoul.

The location was very close to Hongdae center and nightclubs. You can go everywhere by walking. Owner was very helpful and fast responder. Address description is excellent. We found the house easily without the help of internet or maps. The house was very clean and tidy. Everything we need was in the house. Owner's husband helped us to settle in the house and informed us. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for everything.

The Location is unbeatable. A very comfortable size for the 6 of us.

Hosts were extremely helpful - with their advice and recommendations. For English speakers, this was wonderful to have. Location was great - at the heart of Hongdae but yet quiet to rest at night. A lot of tours use Hongik Univ Exit 4 as a pickup point and that location is about a simple 10 mins walk from the apartment. A lot of points would need to go to the hosts for being very prompt and thorough in their responses.

As a family of 4, with 3 ladies, having only 1 toilet/shower room made washing up a little more troublesome. We got Cozy (believe it's the smaller unit). The 2 bedrooms are quite small - enough for 4 to sleep but not much walking space.
