GBGreat location within easy walking distance of main shopping areas and Royal Circle concert venue. Ideal for a couple or friends as sofa bed was comfortable. good amenities and parking arranged for right outside the door.
host either responded straight away or it could take over 24 hrs. the hairdryer was missing from property and whilst I was offered a late check out and replacement, there was no clear indication of when it would arrive. In the scheme of things, this isn't a massive deal.
GBGreat place. Location is excellent, only 15 min walk to the city centre, very convenient. The flat is lovely and well equipped.
The only issue we had was not having instructions beforehand. We had to scramble at the last moment searching for info on where to park, where the keys are, wife password etc. Luckily the hosts promptly answered the phone and provided all the info, so we were sorted in no time.
GBFlat was modern, comfortable and very nice to stay in. I thought the value for money was very good for location.
The area is quite secured with controlled parking. Would be easier for clients to have an easy set of instructions - where to park, what to display, how to enter the building etc. Felt like I needed to keep asking.
GBWe stayed in another of this host's properties about a month prior, and had a great experience. When we wanted to come back to Bath we checked what other properties the host had listed and noticed this newly listed property. Usually, we are wary of booking properties with no reviews, however, as we previously had a great experience with this host we went right ahead and booked anyway. The professionalism and communication were amazing again, all check-in details were released immediately and were clear to follow. This property was more cost-effective for us but importantly didn't compromise on location or parking. We didn't spend lots of time in the property this time, as we were busy exploring, but when we were there it was a perfect bolthole in this city, and had more than everything we needed. Another great experience with this host and in the amazing city of Bath, and I look forward to returning soon!
We wanted another few towels as we had a spillage, it would have been great to have spare towels in the property already - but as soon as we messaged the host they arranged for someone to drop towels over in about 30 minutes.
