The apartment is really good! Clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony is also really nice, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The location is excellent, 5-7 mins walking distance from the city center, and there are tons of shops in the area. Overall, good value for money.

The host was very unprofessional. We asked for an earlier check in, and after exchanging several messages, she said it depended on the previous guests (perfectly reasonable) and assured us she would do whatever she could to assist. We also agreed to leave our luggage at the apartment at 12. She showed up at the apartment at 12:30, and even though the previous guests were long gone, it seemed she completely forgot about our request. Ok, fine, check in is at 14, so this was her good will (or lack thereof). That said, she could have offered us to wait on the balcony instead of in the building corridor, but whatever. I wouldn't even be writing this had she not again completely ignored us upon check out. Namely, we told her we'd leave the apartment at 9 and asked if she could help us call a taxi. She assured us she would come to the apartment at 8:50 and call us a cab. However, she never showed up, so we left at 09:05 to catch our next bus. To make matters worse, she never even responded to our messages asking her when she'd arrive.

Very fine appartment in the center of the city, close to everything you need when visiting Bishkek. The host herself is very friendly and always ready to help with anything if you need. Best of all she can communicate in english. This was not my first stay in Bishkek, but defintly the best because of this place. I always didnt think about where to stay, but after staying here in this appartment i realized that a good host just make everything better. I thank the host for a very good stay.
