"Absolutely fantastic house in a great location but communication with host company needs improvement"

The house itself is amazing and a great place to host a full family. Everything is new and a great size and really great for the number of people stated. Great location also being walking distance to town. Aircon is available in the upstairs of the house which was great for night time. There was a pool table in the garage which we loved. The bbq was also great. Couldnt fault the house or the facilities and would definitely rent again.

It was a nightmare to contact the host company with them taking days to respond to emails and seldom answering the phone on the number provided. The lockbox code wasn't sent in the timeframe provided. Thankfully someone answered the phone when we couldn't check in but as it was out of hours they had to get to the office to get us the information which meant we were waiting outside. It added an element of stress that we could have done without. The pillows were all quite large which none of us had a preference for so ended up buying our own pillows as we couldnt have slept on them for three nights. The house had a few dead flies on the window sills and dead bugs in the bathrooms which tells me the cleaning wasnt great but everything else felt clean and was very tidy.

"Excellent house and great for a large group."

Large house with 3 bathrooms and extra toilet so ideal for a large group. In a quieter area of town. Plenty of outdoor space for cricket etc

The house needs an outdoor umbrella as the outdoor living area gets a lot of sun on a hot day.

Size and location excellent. Nice comfy beds

We had no gas when we arrived so no hot water or gas hob/oven. Rubbish bins outside were full and over flowing.
