USCommunication from the booking staff was excellent. The space was large and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and TVs and sound were good. Check in and out were easy.
Cleanliness was ok- master and kitchen were good. Floors appeared to be swept/mopped but the perimeter was dirty. A vacuum around all edges and baseboards was needed. Didn’t use the patio, Hottub, or bbq as it was very dusty outside. Advertised as pet-friendly, but no outdoor space for a pet. Had to poach the grass at the hotel across the parking lot.
USConvenient location for accessing all the trails, national parks and if you don’t mind a walk into downtown Moab. AC was great and a nice view of mountains. We used the quality inn pet area since they didn’t have any grass or pet area but nobody seemed to mind.
The beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable, didn’t seem very clean. Hot tub was just ok.

USLoved the space. So nice and luxurious. The bathroom was really nice. Enjoyed being in town but in a quiet area. We were in Villa 11, in the back. Nice view of the snow covered mountains. Helpful and attentive property managers.
