The place is located in a very beautiful location, with an ocean view. Security is top notch. The apartment was clean and had everything needed.

Stuff they never change the sheets since Saturday and never clean our room since we arrived we had to do everything our self and buy toilet tissue

The view was nice, it was spotless clean, Canal gondola and boat rides just down there, close to shaka marine world and south beach is quieter

The fact that there is no laggauge pick up n drop off service

I liked everything about that place. The apartment is clean, quiet, Beach front and close to everything, walking distance to the beach and uShaka Marine. The staff in the apartment is friendly as well yooh I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Lastly I would like to Thank Martin for making things easy for us access the building and allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment after checking out so we can go to the beach to take our last pictures and videos. Thanks man for everything 🙏🏽

Our host was exceptional! We appreciated their prompt responses and the effortless check-in process. The accommodation offered stunning views, a secure location, and ideal proximity to all necessary amenities.

Suggestion: This place would greatly benefit from a drying rack for wet clothes. Additionally, the basin requires some maintenance, as it takes a long time to drain water. Nevertheless, our stay was truly amazing
