"Ein vorheriges überprüfen des Apartment durch die Verwaltung und Beseitigung der Mängel hätten einigen Ärger verhindert"

Der Wohnraum und das Schlafzimmer waren angenehm groß .Die berechtigte Reklamation lief über Booking.com und die Verwaltung des Apartments reagierte spontan und beschaffte neue Küchengeräte

Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock und man schaut direkt auf das gegenüberliegende Gebäude .Auf dem schmalen Balkon ist ein gemeinsames Frühstück nicht möglich.Der abgebildete Tisch und Sessel waren nicht vorhanden .Die Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die aktuellen Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit .Das Sofa war fleckig und der weiße Rahmen hatte seine Oberfläche verloren und hing in Fetzen herunter .Die Küchengeräte waren defekt beziehungsweise beschädigt und wurden nachträglich ausgetauscht .
