Location is great, very central and most places are walkable in 30mins

The host is very aggressive when we arrived and were told we couldn’t access the garden even though it was listed in the photos and amenities. He even threatened to kick us out and call the police. The reason also was frustration, because it was due to the neighbours complaining about the noise from previous guests, however the neighbours were making so much noise, the whole week we hardly could sleep. The front door is also not at all isolated and lets in lots of noise, there is a huge gap on the bottom allowing all the noise in. The apartment is also kind of half underground so there are no good windows to let light in.

The appartement is located in the underground of the building ( about 2m under the street) which was not mentioned. The main door is in metal with a big gap with the floor which is very noisy from the street and with massive air stream entering in the flat. Air conditioning/heater is very noisy and impossible to stop. The shrink of the bathroom had a water leak and we couldn’t use it The interior court is a joke. All the neighbors put their laundry to be dried on top of your head. To conclude the only real good point is the location which is really in the city center but very expensive for the quality

Perfect location. Within walking distance to most of the attractions, such as the Prado museum and Retiro Park. Only a short bus or train ride to the Royal Palace. There are plenty of resteraunts and cafes nearby too. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected when you are so close to the bars and resteraunts.
