FRL’authenticité et le charme de la maison
Pas très fonctionnel mais on s’y fait. Adresse difficile à trouver
FRFRL’emplacement de la maison dans le joli village de Katavati, qui est en réalité la partie haute d’Apollonia, permet de bénéficier de la proximité des infrastructures (supermarché, restaurants, boutiques…) tout en étant bien au calme. Cette maison traditionnelle est pleine de charme et dispose de plusieurs terrasses où s’installer selon l’orientation du soleil à différentes heures de la journée. L’épaisseur des murs permet de conserver une certaine fraîcheur dans la maison et les climatiseurs peuvent compléter cet effet pour un confort supplémentaire (lors de notre séjour de 6 jours au mois d’août où la température extérieure a souvent dépassé 35 degrés, nous n’avons eu besoin de les allumer que 2-3 fois pour une trentaine de minutes avant d’aller dormir). La propriétaire est charmante et réactive dans les échanges.

GRΠαρά πολύ άνετο κατάλυμα, προσωπικά μας άρεσε πολύ και η αισθητική του, από θέμα καθαριότητας μια χαρά, πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για να μπορείς να κατεβαίνεις το βράδυ στην χώρα με τα πόδια και να μην χρησιμοποιείς όχημα. Το προτείνω σίγουρα ειδικά για πολλά άτομα!
GBFab location just a 5 mins walk from the Apollonia village and amenities, cafes, supermarket etc. Great views, very quiet, gorgeous house, so unique and beautiful. Kids loved all the different rooms. Lots of different areas to sit and relax inside and out.
The windows needed blinds to keep out the sunshine in the morning.
AUThe house was a delight, full of character and charm while still retaining a sense of the traditional Greek house. What was especially lovely was regardless of time of day you could always find a sunny spot from the array of courtyards and terraces. The location gave it a feel of really being part of the village with fantastic views over the surrounding hills and valley. Just a five to ten minute walk to buses, supermarkets through the winding streets of Katavati.
Arriving at night the initial impression wasn’t helped by the cold lighting- warm lighting and side lamps in all the bedrooms would make it more inviting.
