Nie ma klimatyzacji, a pokój bardzo się nagrzewa, w łazienkach ciśnienie wody jest bardzo niskie, udogodnienia jak mikrofala czy ekspres do kawy nie działają bądź są zepsute, moskitiery na oknach zapsute, a komarów jest dużo. Pralka działa, ale pranie z niej wyciągnięte po prostu śmierdziało. Trzeba było się napracować żeby połączyć się z wi fi, bo obiekt nie podał hasła i trzeba było szukać na routerze. Minusem jest też kontakt z obiektem, zmuszanie do korzystania z Whatsappa, do przesłania dokumentów w formie zdjęć na tej platformie oraz wysyłanie linków do zapłaty podatku przez nieznaną nam stronę. Na sam kod do drzwi czekaliśmy bardzo długo.

Slecht onderhouden appartement. Veel dingen kapot. Bed doorgezakt, toilet lekt, gordijnrail eraf gevallen, hor in het raam kapot, douchekop werkt niet, enz. Vloer vies. Niet genoeg keukengerei om te koken: slechts één bruikbare pan (zonder deksel) wel 44 borden!. Te weinig bestek en benodigheden, zoals garde, zeef, schaar, snijplank, kurkentrekker, pannen. Gasfornuis werkt heel slecht. Afzuigkap kapot. Warm water niet altijd warm. Eigenaar reageert te laat en is onverschillig.

The apartment comfortably fits a family of 6 with teenagers. Having two bathrooms with showers was fantastic. We stayed in December so I don’t know if there was air conditioning but the heat worked fine. One of the bedrooms has a window that overlooked a courtyard which was nice. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele where I think the nearest cafes are so not too far. Also, there was enough car parking in the area if you have a car.

The water pressure is not good so only one thing can be going at a time (if someone is in the shower then someone in the other bath probably shouldn’t flush the toilet or the water is a little more than a trickle).
