Holiday Villa by StayCo- Swimming Pool - Karaoke - BBQ - Event space - 2 mins drive to beach - center of tourist location

Spacious, good location, a lot of games given. Tv, karaoke set, PS4, snooker, carom and dart.

Dirty pool & rooftop. They didn't clean it first. They said 4 rooms but actually only 3 rooms & 1 in the hall with a curtain. The toilet is also not clean enough, it has stains on the wall.

After we arrived, they asked for an additional deposit of RM500 and nobody picked up the phone for 1 hour after we deposited, we almost wanted to go to the police station. The main gate is stuck. Only 1 water hitter is working. The karaoke mic is not working, No body is picking up the phone. Regret of staying here. Bedsheets smell too bad. We felt very disappointed staying here. The refund of the deposit is 1 to 3 days after we check out. No tissue paper or towel in this house. Some of the items in the house are already broken before. We are afraid that anything in this house which is already broken earlier would charge us.

No towels, no soap nor shampoo, no rice cooker, pan was not clean and super rusty, the electric motor just for show, the pool is so-so, pool que is bad, karoke mic need to prepare own battery.

Space & Location Supportive staff

Cleanliness is mediocre - Floor dirty including toilet floor - kitchen and bbq quite unclean too A lot facilities are quite old need some maintenance and repair - the mic no battery so we have to buy ourself The deposit takes almost a month i still can't get it and now they are giving excuses that the mahjong is missing ( it wasn't there when we were there, we didn't even know there's mahjong lol) - if you're booking here please take evidence of everything upon arriving. Finally, get it thanks to the supportive service from staff

Location is near to convenient store, comfortable house, we enjoy leisure facilities

The location is very2 good. Located in the middle of the city and ferringhi beach. About the management, staff is reqlly polite and helpfull. Fast response and soft spoken person. Good customer service.

The other side is, cleaning team they hired . I can only say, rude. Sorry. Everything is ........

the location is good outside the house got a lot of restaurant, the house itself is clean

but the fridge is so smelly, the swimming pool is not up to expectation
