Location. Staff was relatively receptive to my queries and complaints. Netflix - in the living room. The Wifi signal was good. Kitchen appliances and equipment were satisfactory. Bathroom was OK.

The apartment was dirty. I had to clean it properly myself with my wife. The living room sofa was old, small and uncomfortable. We could not sit all 3 of us on it. The overall rooms paintings needs to be refreshed and renovate it because it peels off and an unwanted small is persistent, despite the fact that we have cleaned it ourselves and refreshed the air inside daily in the morning and evenings. The entrance corridor is very narrow into the apartment and difficult to access with your lagguage. The corridor flooring needs complete refurbishment due to very bad condition and squizzy noise when walking. The beds and matrasses are uncomfortable (very old and soft), and bed sheets were dirty (they had not replaced them before my arrival) I ask them if they can change matrasses, they've declined. I ask them to come and inspect the apartment and bring new bed sheets late in the evening. They came, inspected, and agreed about my complaints. Later on, they delivered 2 sets of bed sheets and pillows without the duvets. I had to bring my own duvets covers from my family located in town. The apartment was located on top of one local pub, and on Friday and Saturday, the music was very loud till 0300 am in the morning, and we could not sleep at all. We've check-out earlier due to very bad and uncomfortable living conditions.

Lovely apartment, excellent location .. super helpful owner.. comfortable bedding , full fledged kitchen, all the aminties are at throw away distance .. close to city centre and close to Leicester university
