Pineapple House, Romantic 3 Bed 2 Bath Apt, Sleeps 6! Private Balcony! City Center! FREE Parking!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Pineapple House! Every detail was thoughtfully curated from the coffee pods provided to the high quality linens and while a small detail, the Liquid IV (that was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel). The owner, Angela, was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out, she was friendly, quick to respond, and so helpful with any additional information we needed. We accidentally left behind two items, which she promptly shipped back to us. You cannot beat the location of this property. It was a 15-20 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go, walking distance to Cheesman Park, and there was an amazing pizza and ice cream shop just around the corner. The street parking was never an issue for us, we were always able to find something within a block of the house. We will absolutely be back to stay at this property next time we’re in Denver!

There wasn't anything we didn't like

The decor was stunning with elegant, upscale details-felt like walking through a museum. The apartment was spacious with plenty of beds and very clean. Communication was clear, helpful, and welcoming. Street parking wasn't an issue, and the neighborhood was very walkable with two parks nearby and plenty of great food.

Wish we could control the temperature ourselves as it was a bit too chilly.

The Pineapple House is exceptional. The master bedroom is truly amazing. It was absolutely perfect for us

It was beautiful and clean. Angie gave me excellent information about the property and checked in to make sure everything was great without being too annoying.

The parking was Denver parking. Not the fault of the property, though

Very quaint/unique well-maintained facility, almost like a museum, we took as many photos of the house as we did the Botanic Gardens. Comfy beds, plenty of room for four with a separate lounge to watch TV that didn't bother anyone else.

Late arrival parking was sketchy, shlumping about in the dark of an unfamiliar neighborhood and testy double door lock. Not as close to Botanic Gardens as we thought looking at the map. And a bit pricey. But positives outweigh by far.

This is my second time staying at the pineapple house for a trip to Denver / red rocks. Great location and easy to get around, clean and tidy, the host is extremely communicative and accommodating. Very comfortable beds and home in general and so amazing that there are different seized suites to accommodate different sized groups!
