Lovely room so quiet considering how close you are to Heathrow. Friendly helpful host who made sure I had everything I needed. Comfortable room, lovely clean bathroom

No milk for a cuppa! I arrived late evening and would've loved a cup of tea but sadly no milk in the fridge. This is the only slight grumble, but everything else was fantastic 😃

Friendly, accommodating host, comfortable bed, quiet. We felt safe and slept well. Good price for being so close to London. We had a lovely view of the backyard, and enjoyed seeing the koi fish and even Peter Rabbit hopping across the lawn. We walked to Relish Lane by the train station and ate great Indian food but couldn't finish it all. It was nice to put the leftovers in our mini fridge and heat it up the next day in the microwave, as bowls and spoons were provided.

It seemed like our Uber took longer than 15 minutes to get us there from the airport, although maybe it was rush hour, and we were horribly jet lagged, so I'm not sure about that.

Very convenient location, just off M4 and M25. excellent hosts, easy to get in late at night, parking, comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Location is the only positive

Driveway full of rubbish, a skip outside and packages in front of the door that I had to move to get in (still there the next day) Inside smells like dog and the room feels unfinished. No headboard, marks on the walls, a carpeted bathroom and no curtains (only a blind with holes in the design, see pics) No hairdryer provided. There is noone around, so I asked for one over text I was instructed to go into another room and look in the cupboards. There were knickers/underpants and laundry all over the floor of this room, AND I still didnt find a hairdryer so I just left feeling a bit weird and had to have unwashed hair the next day. I went to take a shower and only 1 small towel provided, no hand towel. The provided towel had crusty bits and hairs all over it and even a fold line so prominent it must have been a very old one (see pics) . It was not possible to use it, so i had to rely on my gym towel The bed sheets also had alot of small hairs in them! There are tonnes of tea bags and expired stale biscuits provided Not sure how this place got a 9.4 score on here as something doesnt quite add up The price is low and you do indeed get what you pay for in terms of high end vs low end. However, I would always expect cleanliness and basic essentials no matter what

Comfortable, quiet and good value

The house was easy to find, even in the dark. The keypad instructions arrived in good time by Whatsapp: you will need a working phone, so if you are flying in from another country, get a UK SIM.
