"Stressful from start to finish the owners were not helpful. Eventually sent a cleaner mid holiday and a maintenance guy."

Nothing about the property was to be liked. We paid for a luxury apartment but got a standard untidy damp infested apartment

It was dirty on arrival Damp and mould was on the skirting around the air con vents and under the mattress. There was various damages on arrival it was like no one cleaned it or maintained it. Dingy and dark we felt like we was there as punishment

Loved the location and that it was basically gated around the property. Loved the room right overlooking the beach. Loved that there were 4 working elevators. The security guy was super helpful upon arrival as well as the man who offered to take all our luggage up to the room.

I did not like that we needed to use the pullout sofa for my daughters to sleep on and there were no extra sheets, pillows, blankets or anything for them to use to sleep on it and it was advertised as a condo that sleeps 6….two beds and a pull out couch. It was late in the evening when we discovered this and couldn’t get any extra bedding until the next day.

Absolutely EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! It’s beautiful, they have SO MUCH to do! Arcade, two outdoor pools, and indoor pool, 2 jacuzzis and a lazy river. We love it here!

The only bad thing is the wait for the elevators they definitely need more of them.

The Ocean Walk resort was awesome with the beautiful pool & kids slide! Location was perfect.

More so regarding the room, the beds were hard and the bedding, pillows not comfy. Pull out couch bed was not sleepable!

I liked the location and that it was ocean front

When i arrived there was NO Toilet paper what so ever or soap or anything. We stayed in another room after for a few extra days and there room had toilet paper/paper towels/ laundry soap. I didnt use any but the first time i went potty at our room i had no paper, thank God i have a baby and used baby wipes. In description it states starter paper would be there. Low and behold nope! Beds were super UNcomfortable
