GBNice little apartment. Good for short stays. Close to the city centre so was easy to find our way around and get to things.
Difficult to get into the property as was not notified on the check in details that were required (no notification sent or anything about the message with the link to do this). Checked in for 2 guests, but on arrival there was only 1 fork, 1 plate and 1 glass, so had to request more of these (the lady we spoke to was nice enough and sorted this out quite quickly for us)

The shower was hard work and the keypad on the door wouldn’t always work low battery would have a difficult time getting in
GBNice little apartment in a good location, nice and clean. Great communication on the day of arrival and check out. Accommodated early and late check in and out with no issue. Nice and warm.
Sofa bed was poor and didn’t come with extra pillows or duvet. Only enough towels for 2 people despite informing the owner that there were 4 of us staying. Required a £100 security deposit that I haven’t received back despite contacting the property about it. Advised me to contact my bank but no refund has been received and the owners are not very helpful with this. Totally ghosted me. Which is a shame as I would have stayed here again but not after loosing out on a big sum of money. It’s a shame.
BRCommunication with the host was very easy, the flat is brand new, the bed extremely comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, the flat is close to everything, super safe and modern. Highly recommended.

IMLocation was ok, it was reasonably clean and neat.
Firstly the booking experience was the worse I've ever experienced. I couldn't get into the property before spending half an hour trying to register online with my phone through a poor data connection. They didn't answer the phone - I called 4 times and twice it went to voice mail. Then when we did eventually get registered they sent the wrong door code setting off alarms. A cleaner let us in. The apartment was freezing cold - I had advised them of arrival time - would it have been too difficult to put the heating on in advance of our arrival? Other guests had difficulty getting in too. There is something really wrong with a system with a weblink buried at the bottom of an email that starts saying 'your booking is all confirmed' and doesn't explicitly say you have to complete details including a scan of your passport first. To cap it all we were woken at 6am by someone returning, drunk, trying to wake his flatmate to let him in by hammering loudly on the door. Won't be staying here again, and would advise anyone else to think carefully before doing so.
