"Kinda stressful."

Had to get maintenance to fix recliners only 1 adapter For 3 chairs very disappointed all the chairs didn't work. Had to get extension cord for chairs. One room hot others cold . All the electrical outlets wouldn't work.Hate pool wasn't heated..

Very beautiful and view was great

The only problem we had was no heat We run the heat in the small room on 80 to heat the living room They come up and reset it but it still didn’t work . The thermostat never moved the whole time we were there. It got cool in the mornings.

Amazing views! Large, comfortable, great amenities, perfect place for family stay or just want to live like royalty for a while. Jacuzzi Tub in the Master was relaxing way to end the day. Place is perfection, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

No real complaints, but the hallway carpets in hotel need updated, or cleaned or something?
