Nothing positive to say about this property.

I’ll start by saying that I am someone who never does negative reviews, but this stay was SO TERRIBLE I would be crazy not to try and warn people. When we arrived at the property all beds were dirty. There were hairs (long and short!) all over the pillows, on the sheets and covers. There were also stains on the cushions that looked like blood. And yellow stains on the mattresses and sheets. Absolutely appalling and misleading from the pictures. We contacted the company with photos and they came the next day with 2 fresh pillow cases because they thought that we had an issue just in one room. Any decent company would have changed all sheets and pillow cases. Also, they didn’t bring them on the arrival day so they expected us to sleep in those conditions the first night. Then after all of this, we left and asked for our deposit back and they claimed we stole one of their mattress toppers so they kept £60 from our deposit. As I explained the place was so disgusting and there is absolutely no way I would ever want to take any souvenirs from that place. Ridiculous! The company was not understanding or helpful at all. Absolutely terrible experience!

Parking, decent location, enough room

A lot of dust on beds(headboard + bedding + around cofeee table! No constant running hot water during our stay, showers were a struggle + freezing! Maintenance didn’t bother coming to check the problem, instead lots of emails back and forth repeating the same things.

Najbardziej podobało mi się to że apartament był bardzo przestronny oraz były w nim wszystkie przydatne rzeczy które są potrzebne typu ręczniki pralka,zmywarka,kapsułki,kawa,herbata,cukier, przyprawy.Różnorakie sztućce które są potrzebne garnki patelnie również.

Location was great for access to the city.

The collection of the keys and drop off weren't as convenient as it could be. The return of the keys in fact cost me to arrive late to a business meeting.
