Everything was nice.

The wait for the elevators were horrible. Also the sliding glass door to the balcony got stuck. While pulling on it to get it to open in slammed on my finger cracking the bone. I need someone to contact me about this issue as soon as possible please.

We loved the view and the room felt like home

There was no kitchen washcloth and there was no plug for the tub

Outdoor activities were fine but nothing exceptional.

Unit was dirty - broken kitchen appliances and dirty utensils - cabinets not cleaned - had to pull down curtains and wash myself and rehang because of food and fluid platters next to bed - linens paper thin and didn’t fit.

The room was very clean and the view is amazing.

Our room way very spacious and had a wonderful view.

The AC didn’t work and maintenance response was it must be going out.

Location, easy access to beach and pools and all amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Marijuana smell all week. Balcony door had to stay closed and we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the balcony. Smell also filtered through AC unit in room. Very unpleasant.

The place was nice and the view was as perfect. Check in took 2 minutes.
