No hot water neighbor fighting all night bed hard as a rock no room service for the price pay a 140 dollars to park the vehicle 250 dollars to park my trailer

The location was good, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed. The beds were okay, and the balcony with a sea view was a nice addition.

Unfortunately, communication with the owners was a complete mess. The biggest issue was obtaining an invoice for our company. If you're traveling for business, DO NOT book this apartment. The owners seem unaware of what an invoice is and caused significant problems, even when we provided invoices for them to sign. It is the customer's right to receive an invoice (not just a confirmation from Booking.com), yet they ignored my messages for two weeks. The invoice issue wasn’t the only problem. We also requested additional duvets, as we were a group of five people, but there were only two in the apartment. Instead of duvets, the owners provided blankets, and every time we asked again, we just received more blankets — by the end, we had around eight. There is a clear difference in comfort between a duvet and a hairy blanket. Additionally, the TV in the living room was broken and wouldn’t turn on. When we reported it, we were told that someone would come to fix it the next morning, but that never happened. Lastly, the bathtub curtain had mold on it, which was quite unpleasant to see.

Beautiful hotel- pools were amazing.

I didn’t like the bedroom window facing the hall- adding blinds might be a nice addition.

It was a beautiful view of the ocean and Boardwalk with the peer of in the distance.

Lock on sliding glass door didn't latch and wasn't advised from staff that the water would be off a few hours. Should have received a text for that heads up.

All the pools and things for the kids to do!
