Luxury 14th Floor 1 BR Condo Direct Oceanfront Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort Daytona Beach | 1410

The resort itself is a great place to stay. Our particular condo was terrible. I would not recommend staying at this particular condo unit.

We were not given enough bath towels or beach towels the first day. We did not have any sheets for the pull out bed. I had to call and ask for everything. When we pulled the pull out bed out to sleep, the mattress was covered in mold. I had to call and I was given a twin air mattress which wasn’t as big as the pull out bed so one of my kids had to sleep on the floor. I was told someone would contact me the next day and no one did. I called again and they finally got me a mattress 2 days later. I asked to be partially reimbursed since one of my kids had to sleep on the floor half of our stay and I was told they would review my account and be in touch. Never heard back from anyone. There are many great condos to stay in at this facility, unfortunately this is NOT one of them!

Extremely kid friendly. My kids absolutely loved it and want to go back next year. There’s so much to do and they do a lot of activities and free snacks. Also a mommy plus, I was able to get my Starbucks inside while the kids were swimming.

Multiple types of pools outside and inside along with seashore. Near beach grandstand, miniature golf, movie theaters, restaurants, and shops.

Communication with South Tower staff was hit or miss.

Beautiful location! Loved the amenities it offered. So much to do and you don’t even need to leave the premises. I loved that ocean walk shoppes is literally connected.

Only problem was Wi-Fi. Even after maintenance checked it out, it wouldn’t work.
