The property is fine, it’s comfortable and clean

It’s an absolute nightmare to speak to anyone. When you call the numbers supplied, it connects to to AI which just keeps repeating ‘I can only deal with new bookings so to speak with a real person is difficult at best. Then as you’re trying to get entry details, they hit you with a £300 refundable damage fee which goes into an escrow account. They told us that we will get that back once the cleaners have been in, that hasn’t happened yet. I will update my review when this is paid back. I spent the week worrying that this isn’t coming back to my account, especially when no one wants to talk to me.

Absolutely nothing. Do not bother with them they are scamming customers. They waited until the last day to send me a request for £300 deposit. When I asked to cancel they refused without charging the already absurd rate for the house. I ended up finding a hotel with breakfast for 30% less.

Just about everything. They refused to let me enter after I had already paid up front. I will be taking action against you and reporting you for fraud.

They kept my deposit because i had a pet when it says clearly pet friendly

Once you book and pay with no refund option you get a message with lots of rules and told of fines that will occur if you don't follow them. Just follow obviously and it'll be fine. You have to pay a £300 security deposit that will be returned a few days after checkout if there's no damages. I always take a video on arrival through the door. There's lots of stains, marks on walls etc from previous tenants. It would be nice to be informed of all of this before you pay as they have you over a barrel with the pay or you lose your money anyway. They won't release check In details. Keybox code etc before the £300 is paid. Some people might not have it so need the heads up that these don't give. The area is very rough and diverse. Alot of loud cars through night going up and down. Expensive for the area in my opinion. It's ran by a letting agent so landlord and agent making off it. Hence the high price for the area

Location was good - onsite parking for up to two cars was good. Easy to find and property was nice and well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Pool table outback plus bbq unit was also very nice - too bad we didn't get a chance to use it, being winter!

Bathroom doors are not working well. The mechanism to lock (on both the bathrooms) do not spring back properly. Also, the upstairs bathroom has a potential for the locking mechanism to be jammed from the inside - making this a little unsafe for younger children or the elderly.
