Washing machine was not working 85 myr for extra cleaning (which was just basic vaccuum nothing else) - cleaning supplies should have been provided could have done it ourselves

Bedsheet has stains and look worn out and smelly Mattress and bedsheets has stains pungent smell Algae and yellow stains on the toilet tiles Has a funny smells in the house Has lots of cockroaches in the kitchen and even inside microwave. Faulty aircon for 2 rooms and hall It feel creepy and eerie My partner saw supernatural stuff in the house and I was there with 6 adult 2 children and 1 infant 3 months old. We were being disturbed by the supernatural spirit. After the hell we went through we checked out on the day itself as my 3 months old baby was screaming his lungs out. Legit we paid and we were TRAUMA after this incident we went through!!!! Security staff not able to converse well. Basic Communication was not even there. All they answered was they don’t know. Wifi connection is bad Area seems not advisable for family with kids or babies. Book at your own risk!!!! We booked for 3days 2nights but we booked out on the same day!!!! Picture in the booking.com is only for illustrations nothing like that when u arrive!!! Totally disappointed!!! I WILL STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Book at your own risk!!!!
