Beautifully presented, compact but fully equipped. Nice enclosed rear garden. Spacious entrance into main house. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Peaceful yet15 minuts to railway station. 5 minutes to bus service. 1 minute to cinema and leisure centre and 2 minutes to a choice of supermarkets. A delightful base for exploring the kent coast.

"Florence House Apartment"

We loved everything about our stay. From the initial reception from Oliver, who is very laid back, to the lovely cleaner at the end of our holiday . A great place to stay as its close to all amenities, a 5 minute walk to the Beach and a short drive to other seaside towns. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Anthony and Jayne ♥️

"Lovely little studio in a beautiful house. Perfect location."

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here. We was greeted by Oliver and shown into the studio. We had a lovely welcome.. Oliver is very knowledgable of the area so we got pointers on where to go and visit. And the location of the studio was perfect… we had access to the garden which is right next to the studio it was very peaceful. The studio was spotless and had everything that we needed. And we had a welcoming treat of cakes and fruit so that was lovely. The house is close to all the shops and the beach. And a short walk to the pier and arcades so my daughter was pleased. We also took advantage of the leisure centre opposite. And having Morrison’s on the doorstep was an added bonus. We will definitely be returning.

"Fantastic seaside bolthole getaway"

Really nice place. Everything clean and new, great setup overall. Great for singles and couples, would probably recommend the larger flats for families or larger groups. Right in the centre of town and close to the beach, shops restaurants etc. Ideal for getting out of the smoke for a weekend...

We had a wonderful stay at Florence house. Perfect location, easy parking and very comfortable. We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend. Oliver communicated with us throughout and kindly arranged a permit for our parking ahead of our arrival. The accommodation is finished to a high standard and incredibly clean and well appointed.

Honestly have nothing negative to say at all, it was great!
