Heel mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. Goede bedden, zeer proper, veel ruimte. De locatie is geweldig, in het centrum van het levendige Sestri Levante, vlakbij winkels en restaurants. Ook ideaal om zowel Genua als Cinque Terre te bezoeken.

-une véranda hors norme, au dessus des toits, 3 ème étage, vue sans vis à vis de 220°sans interruption, un rêve pour beaucoup (notamment couples...).10+/10 -une clim puissante individualisée et fonctionnelle 10/10 -une proximité à la mer et plage publique immédiate 10/10 -commerces de proximité (supérette CRAYE) à 150 m pour achats alimentaire et biens première nécessité +restaus, glaciers et pizzerias à deux pas du logement: 9/10 -literie mi ferme équilibrée -cuisine :frigo et plaques au gaz 10/10 -propreté 10/10 -un cadre grand bleu, idéal pour farniente et snorkeling

-très bruyant, et cela est très étonnant étant donné l'âge du logement et la présence de double vitrage. Les Vespas circulent jour et nuit dans la rue et ne semblent pas avoir de dispositif anti nuisance sonore. Calme :3/10 -un parking privatif est en fait à une distance de 150 m environ, oui il y a bien une place attribuée mais sans surveillance ni enclos. Pratique dépôt bagage :3/10 -logement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, donc monter 6 séries d'escaliers pour accéder au nid =>accessibilité :5/10, logement pour jeunes, sportifs, et volontaires -3 interlocuteurs différents sur whatsapp pour la même agence, premier contact sans soucis. Décrochage rapide dès que difficulté présentée. (vidéo proposée ne correspondant pas au lieu d'arrivée effective). Pour le check-in, 3 x consulté pour la même l'heure d'arrivée, alors qu`indication que long voyage pour les rejoindre, checkout, personnel de nettoyage venu 25 mn avant l'heure indiqué de notre départ. Je dois montrer le tel pour qu'ils prennent patience et fasse preuve de compréhension =>management: 5/10 -tvs & internet. Signal wifi faible. La tv de la véranda est ancienne et ne peut satisfaire que les italophones. La petite de la cuisine reçoit internet mais disposé à un endroit peu commode pour visionnage sur canapé. -cuisine :pas éponge ni sacs poubelle

Appartamento decisamente confortevole, vista meravigliosa con una veranda super vissuta a 360° per tutto il nostro soggiorno.

Great view! Beautiful apartment with all the necessary amenities. We were warmly welcomed. Highly recommended place to stay!

The location and the view were amazing. The facilities to cook were more than adequate, but a water boiler or standard coffee filter machine would have been nice. The rooms were spacious with lots of light, giving a very comfortable and relaxing experience. And it was only 1 minute walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and helped us a lot via good communication, recommendations (i.e. restaurants, things to do,...). When we experienced an unforeseen issue with the room key, she immediately arranged a solution. We strongly recommend this apartment and would consider going back.

The parking was not very comfortable (a bit far and not easy to turn with a big car), but we were lucky and could park close by on the street (off-season).

The host Tiziana was very kind, flexible and patient with us. She was patient with my lack of Italian and me with her lack of english. She also gave us lots of suggestions for dining. The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. Wonderful view. We couldn't have asked for more. It was only steps to the beach. The area was not touristy at all, it seemed to be only locals there, especially on the beach. Seemed the beach-goers were regulars there. We enjoyed the town and swimming in the ocean a lot. We couldn't believe how clear the water was. The parking provided with the apt was very good. We were lucky to have that or you wouldn't be able to find parking anywhere. The grocery store is very close and convenient as well as a coffee shop and bakery. I really liked the little shop at the beach (Luedi?), we bought snorkel and masks there. We would definitely recommend this apt and would stay here again.

We didn't like that we had to carry our large bags up 4-5 flights of stairs because this apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator. So, if you are out of shape or elderly, then you may want to reconsider. We only had problems with working the AC in the bedrooms, but it wasn't too big of a deal. We just couldn't figure it out with the remote controls. If you sleep with the windows open, it can be noisy. Reservations seem to be needed at some of the restaurants unless you go late after 8:30pm. The town is not touristy so if you wanted to shop for souvenirs, you would be out of luck.
