Not good at all didn't get to stay. Simply because I didn't sent idefication online.

Location in front of SM Sucat and close to NAIA terminal 1 is excellent. There is FamilyMart 24h open beside of the gate. Swimming pool was free of charge. Room wifi has strong signal. It's sure I will book this condo again when my next trip.

The bed was comfortable and there was security. It is also across the street from a mall and beside 2 quick stations for snacks

Let’s start with what is not true in the description: -it is not 1 km from the airport, but 2-4 depending on the terminal - there is no view, not from the pool or the apartment - there is not Wi-Fi throughout the property, just in the apartment It was infested with bugs. Within 5 mins of walking in there were cockroaches in the bathroom and other bugs all around. We would come in, turn on the light and would see 10-20 bugs scattering. We did not even cook or use the utensils in the apartment out of fear of bugs. When telling the host they first told us it’s because of food we left out (we didn’t), then it was because the neighbors didn’t spray for bugs, and then they offered to move us on the last night (we declined). The shower head doesn’t stay still and the water pressure is lacking. The pool also didn’t seem to have a filter system so it had tiny particles floating all in it. If you need a short term stay where you will hardly be in the apartment, this may work for you. We really only slept here.
