Location and cleanliness were excellent. The parking spot is convenient.

During the stay, it rained and the family room ceiling leaked water, creating a puddle on the floor that had to be soaked up with a towel, followed by placing a bucket to catch more dripping water. I hope and expect the owners will address this problem. Also, there is a gate on the three flights of stairs leading up to the apartment, and the gate is often left halfway open. Someone who is not attentive could walk into the gate, with potentially bad consequences.
