"It was great and we enjoyed staying there."

Perfect base for our long weekend trip to explore Hunstanton and the North Norfolk Coast. Conveniently located not far from Hunstanton Centre, close to the beach - just across the road and up the steps up the embankment. The park is small and quiet - much quieter than its larger neighbour.

It wasn't a problem but the exterior landscaping is not existing - the caravans are parked on a large gravel drive. Since we didn't spent much time around the caravan and it wasn't the season to sit outside this didn't matter to us. The advantage obviously is one can park right next to the caravan. The boiler was fairly noisy at night. So we struggled a bit with keeping the caravan warm without having too much noise to sleep.

"Cheap and cheerful."

We needed to stay cheaply for a couple of nights and this suited us fine. It is well used and carpets and sofa a bit aged but the heating worked and the bathroom and kitchen were clean so that was fine for us.

we liked the location and the fact it had a balcony and separate toilet and shower

the fridge made a really loud noise through the night when it kicked in and the boiler did the same, kept us awake quite a bit. plus we would have liked a hoover to use before we left.

Dog friendly. Had a gated veranda, although lock to gate had duck tape on. Plenty of room, central heated with gas fire if needed. Seating available outside. Parking next to the caravan. Lovely quiet site on our visit.

Veranda was not cleaned, so sand and pebbles transferred on your feet. Missed wi - fi, which is a selling point when looking at accommodation.
