Absolutely perfect little spot, we didn’t want for anything. Comfortable bed and sofa, good shower, all kitchen appliances and equipment worked well, exceptionally clean :)

"Really lovely place, area and everything you need is in the accommodation"

It was a very homey, cosy and comfortable property. The bunk bed was amazing for my two boys and the double bed was super cosy. I usually struggle to sleep somewhere else. But this stay I had one of the best sleeps ever.

Only the cutlery and the kettle could do with a change but that was it.

"Compact, cosy, quiet."

Easy to get to. Good distance from the sea front, walking distance. So quiet and well maintained estate. Compact and cosy place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Electric fireplace works well to give warmth and charm in the evening. Sides light works really well to have very warm interior in the evening. All worked well. Swimming pool located nearby on the estate. Good location to some attractions for children we visited: Pettitts Animal Adventure Park - 30 minutes, Horsey beach -17 minutes (to see seals on the beach), ROARR! The #1 dinosaur-themed adventure park in the UK - 55 minutes drive.

Not easy to use wardrobes, we preferred to keep all clothes in the bags instead. Very soft mattresses, which might be the good point for someone. We were not used to and it was a problem on the first night until we get used to it. There is bad internet coverage.
