"Good size house, good location."

The house was a good size with street parking outside & a small shop over the road. The layout was good, easy to use heating & lots of communication from Yoko property before & during our 3 night stay. Check in was done via key box & the house was easy to find. A Wetherspoon 2 minutes up the road, a good size field for dog walks 2 minutes away plus an enclosed patio area at the back which was handy for the dog. The house had a washing machine, dish washer, large fridge freezer, smart TV, good size bath & a separate shower downstairs too. I was reluctant booking something which hadn't yet been reviewed or rated through Bookings as you worry about legitimacy but I'm glad we found this house.

The house is in need of a little bit of TLC, a few bits of paint chipping off walls, 1 cupboard drawer front was on the floor when we arrived, some stains on carpet, all of which were fine but we received lots of messages & had to pay a £250 deposit via Yoko online check in & I was anxious we would get blamed for it & lose our deposit. The utensils were few & far between & were chucked in a drawer, 1 tea towel, no washing up liquid, no dish washer tablets, little things that are normally included which help renters keep the place clean & tidy weren't included. The 2nd sofa was a very wobbly sofa bed that didn't feel very strong. Beds weren't that comfy. Located on quite a busy main road. That being said we were happy with our stay & would stay again. Good location, pet friendly but you must message & get permission beforehand.
