I liked how spacious the chalet was, the kids had space in their room to play. I loved how they left lots of toys for both boys to play with. I liked the out door table with the choices of chairs to sit on. We all had perfect night sleeps, all the beds were very comfy and the duvets were nice. Lovely area for both boys to run around.

The hosts did mention before we stayed, if we had any issues with cleanliness to mention it to the cleaners of the chalet. But we didn’t think it was necessary as we were only in the Chalet for nights and mornings. When I looked into the kitchen cupboards I thought perfect plastic bowls for my youngest son. I got it out of the cupboard and there was mould all over it. It really put me off using the plastic plates and bowls. My partner needed a frying pan and he chose one and he said “ that’s is disgusting” there was grease all over one, and the other one had food still on it. In the morning I used the shower and noticed the shower curtain had black mould all over the bottom of the shower curtain. I felt like i couldn't bath my children in the bath tub due to this. Luckily we were visiting a family relative so they could bath there.

The chalet was small but just what we needed. It was clean throughout and very comfortable. It had spare pillows gallor and the beds we're cosy. It was lovely to have the extra touch of games for the kid's and book's to read. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The facilities were fantastic, the pool on site was amazing, we swam every morning before our day's out and enjoyed the evenings entertainment so much! Our daughters were on stage every night soaking in all to offer. Everything we needed was on site and considering we got the train there, it was very easy to get around with the bus stops right outside the site. Thank you very much for such a great experience!

The main things we didn't like was paying for the club house in the evening and paying for swimming as we learned that all the other people staying there didn't have to pay as it was included in their stay. It cost us £9 per night for 4 of us in the club house and £17.50 for swimming each day. It was a considerable expense that seemed unfair considering other people didn't have to pay.
