The apartment was relatively clean and location was good. Check in process was easy.

We had a very disappointing experience at this apartment. Upon check-in, we immediately noticed that the air conditioner was not working and informed the property managers. Their initial suggestion was to try turning it off and on again, which we did several times without any success. Despite repeated requests, their only solution was to advise us to open the windows and sleep. The next day, they brought in a specialist, but even he couldn’t fix the issue. As a substitute, they provided us with two fans — during a heatwave in Madrid. The fans were essentially blowing hot air, and the smaller bedroom felt like a sauna. When no solution worked, we were told we could leave the apartment if we wanted. But being in a foreign country, at the last minute, after we had already unpacked, finding alternate accommodation was simply not feasible. To make matters worse, the apartment is located near a bar and a construction site, so opening the windows wasn’t a practical option due to constant noise. Additionally, the apartment was very poorly stocked with basic essentials like shampoo, soap, and dishwashing pods. Another inconvenience was the layout — both bathrooms are located in the common living area rather than connected to the bedrooms. None of the bedrooms have mirrors, so you have to use the shared bathrooms for even the simplest tasks like getting ready. Overall, this stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The apt size was good . Small bathrooms. Good kitchen and living room. Good building with security.

The windows of the rooms wasn’t fixed will. Needs badly for fixing to prevent loud noise. Frankly I didn't sleep well all my stay in this apartment. The windows should be sound proof.
