We were happy with the fast response of the owner.The few problems we encountered were either understandable or dealt with within 24 hours after arrival. Due to unforseen circumstances, we were stranded. Via booking.com, we contacted the owner at 10 pm, and he arranged everything for us to be able to stay immediately.

The table was too small to seat 7 people. The shower head holder, the dishwasher, and the sofa were broken upon arrival. The previous attendees had broken these, and the cleaning crew didn't communicate this with the owner. After notifying the owner about these problems, a repairman came the same day!

Immaculately clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and freshly laundered bedding. The location was ideal for King’s Hall—an absolutely perfect stay.

Really love the place, it's at the best location and so closer to all the Shops. The location is so quiet and people were so friendly. I think this will be my home whenever I travel to Stoke-on-Trent. The property is really clean 👌 🙌

The fact that the first code was given to me but later I had to accept that, it was just a wee error. But everything was so perfect at the property.

Front room needs black out blinds and the bathroom. A small milk would make this an exceptional place

Great location. Supermarket, take away shops, petrol station and town centre nearby. We travel a lot and we always ask for high standards and this house ticked all the right boxes. It is very clean. Everything in this house is very well thought out and usefully labelled. The kitchen is impressively equipped. It was great. The host was very accommodating and our messages were answered promptly. I highly recommend this property. Would definately use again with pleasure. Thank you.

The house has got 3 bedrooms upstairs but there is only one bathroom with a toilet in it and this is downstairs. Walking down the stairs in the middle of the night to access the toilet is not ideal. This is the only negative that we noted.
