Apartment was so new that the building was not finished. The apartment itself was clean but the building was not.

There were many problems: 1. The building is not located where it is listed on booking. It is under a freeway and it's very noisy. We would have never booked this place if we knew the actual location. 2. The owner does not give you the actual location of the rental until after it is too late to cancel with refund. 3. The apartment has no air conditioning or fan and you cannot leave the windows open because there is a freeway directly outside of it and it is extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night. 4. The owner will offer a 10% discount for a 10-star rating which seems a bit dodgy. This probably explains the other high reviews. 5. The building itself is unfinished with dust and trash in the hallways as well as exposed insulation in the elevators. It does not seem that this building should be open for habitation at this point. 6. The shower is poorly built and cannot be used without flooding the bathroom as it does not drain and there is no lip at the edge of the shower. 7. We requested to cancel our second night here because it was so noisy that we could not sleep and very hot. The owner initially agreed but then changed their mind so we are pursuing this with booking as we had to find another location to stay in. We do NOT recommend this place.
