Well maintained compact flat with two bedrooms, one bathroom, hall and kitchen

As owner has parked his car in the designated parking lot, we were asked to park our car on the road adjacent to the property.

Basic facilities like, R.O water, towel,shampoo,paste,shower gel, instant water heater with shower, WiFi.extra 4 beds , pillows and spreads, children toys.

Basically , it is not an apartment.. Less space but worth the money..we paid 3360/- per day for 6 people..but we were not so comfortable because it is not spacious and sofa come bed is there but not good to relax.. Owner asked 5000/- refund but I never experienced this kind of rules in my previous booking. He talks nicely and he never visits.. We should pay the full amount of 5000/- refund amount to get the key..Key is also inside the locker , password will be shared by the owner once we clear the above said amount.This made me disappointed.. As the name says Lavish, but no lavish in the house.. One time visit is fine... Log out at 9.30 AM but I chased the owner to get my refund till 11.30AM !!!

Cleanliness was top class and transparency about terms and conditions were very professional. The beds were comfy. It was a cozy and serene feeling staying there.

No water purifier was available for drinking water. So needed to make own arrangements.
