"Food was great everything was clean and comfortable it's just the front desk kept trying to get paid"

The way the staff at front desk kept trying to take the payment off my card right away soon as check in hit.. had call to let them know I would be late and they kept trying to take payment and lock my card up so was limited on activities because money was on hold as a security action.
