Location is perfect rooms were a decent size and overall the apartment was well equipped well presented and very clean upon arrival

The property was excellent

It needs new Curtains in the Bedrooms to match the standard of the property or functioning blinds which are good in the rest of the property.

I honestly cannot tell you anything positive about this property

As soon as I saw the front door, my stomach dropped as it was rusted and dilapidated. We walked into the apartment and we were met by a strong smell of mould and musk. We investigated further and there was seemingly nothing 'newly refurbished' about this apartment. There were scuffs on the wall, paint peeling at the bottom of the bath, kit boards missing from the kitchen units, mildew, and mould on the walls/in the crevices of the bathroom and blinds. The kitchen table was unwiped and filthy (we cleaned this ourselves). There was hair and dirt around the sink and, last but not least, there was a live plug socket hanging off the living room wall underneath the TV. We left after night one (would have left before but had a small child with us and was late. Sleeping in the car was considered but not an option due to cold weather)

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Very close to the beach and in a quiet area. Everything was as described, and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was a home away from home, beautiful, modern and neat. Enough beds for a family of 4. Really modern Kitchen

The bathroom drainage wasn’t working when we arrived, the bath tub couldn’t drain water properly. The bathroom tap was broken, and the bathroom always had water on the ground after having a shower. There was no mop to dry the water.
