This property is a small 2 bed apartment with some garden space. Its a nice apartment a bit on the small side but better than a b&b. We really appreciated the garden so kids could play and give us time to get ready to go out. Felt homely. The parking was ideal for us.

The cleaning was awful! windows, surfaces and worktops were dirty to the point we had to clean the surfaces ourselves. The lack of cleanliness literally made me feel grossed out looking at dirty mirrors, windows and surfaces. The apartment was a little small for us. The agents had very poor communication. sometimes it took days to get a response we were worrying about our agreed check in times which were reneged the day before our holiday. The check is ridiculously late! 4pm! Thats too late. We were going to be charge extra for earlier check in but thankfully we weren’t due to a misunderstanding. £10 extra for each hour of early check in is unreasonable and unfair especially since cleaning was not good! They include a £30 cleaning charge they should of refunded half of the cleaning cost as it was terrible. There was no netting on the windows lack of privacy we had to close bedroom curtains and living room blinds because these rooms were onlooked by neighbours and everyone else! We like our privacy and dont want anyone looking into our bedrooms!

it was nice and airy , modern and beds were extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic literally a 2 minute walk to the best beach in Bournemouth. The area was nice and quiet perfect for families with younger children.

nothing disliked with property but it would of been nice to have some bottled water or milk to hand complimentary on arrival. Also a little leeway on check-in & particularly check out time especially when you have the younger kids as the stated SHARP check out at 10am was pretty stressful.

Lush apartment, really clean and comfortable, right on the beach with a lovely pub 2 minutes walk and more shops, bars, cafe's etc in wlaking distance.
