No welcome book... with wifi code information etc. We did call the agent though and they were very helpful.

"Lovely period property."

Huge master bedroom and bathroom. Massive communal areas, lounge, dining and kitchen. Nicely decorated throughout. Very close to hoe and close to all of town, bars and restaurants.

On a busy, noisy road. Windows are old sash which look great but don't help stop the traffic noise. Parking is only for one car. Plenty of on street at £16 per day but this is not mentioned in details. Minor point, microwave and freezer were not clean. Cleaning stuff supplied, took 2 mins to correct.
