MYMYThe apartment is really spacious, i can enjoy the pool view from our balcony. Check in is super easy. A nice stay for whom wishes to visit lost world of tambun, even we can enjoy the fire show from the building.
host should provide a dustbin beside the refrigerator @nearby sink. Easier to dispose rubbish (dry rubbish) compared had to walk to the fire chamber
MYMYMYThe facilities of the condominium were very well maintained.
The customer service that attended us, she has very poor communication skills. She was very rude and did not communicate with us politely. We had paid the late check-out charges and she kept going on and on about us breaking the rules even after we politely agreed to pay for the late check-out charges.
MYMYMYComfort and the pool is huge
Maybe the owner got to upgrade the bed to king size beded and mattress should be change to new one
