"A Great Time!"

Everything!! Mr. James was a very gracious host. Any questions we had he made himself available! The accommodations for children were exceptional! It included a variety of amenities like an old school arcade game setup, pool table, board games, books of knowledge for your pleasure, and a jacuzzi/spa. It was within walking distance of the beach, shopping stores, and restaurants for all other needs. The home is beautiful and was spacious enough for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 children), and in a quiet, nice neighborhood. We definitely will be back!!

Nothing major...the door to hall bathroom and bedroom across from it had to be lifted in order to close them, or they would make a loud noise if you didn't.

I had a fantastic experience! This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was very clean, spacious, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was excellent and very close to the beach. It has everything you need to cook and extras (towels, blankets, etc). And the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again with no hesitation!

Very cute house, definitely can sleep a lot of people a lot of amenities that are perfect to keep you busy!

It was borderline dirty, it looked like it was attempted to be cleaned but definitely not throughly , couches looked dirty, a lot of random miscellaneous stuff that could’ve been stored away but left out, air fryer still had grease and residue from whoever used it last, the master bedroom bed was falling off the box spring and there are no blinds in the huge window in both rooms allowing daylight to shine fully through the room and just very exposed in general with houses in the back being 2 stories with windows and balconies they can see right through! driveway is pretty small and the lawn was unkept other than that perfect home
